A picture of our new apartment – the living room.  Lots of light.  I love it!

This is what Shanghai looks like from our living room window.  That green area is Xujiahui Park.  I like to imagine that it’s Central Park.  No dogs are allowed inside, so we can’t Meili there.  On the other side of our building is the great big Metro City sphere.  I like it here.

Not many blossoms left to take pictures of.  I love standing under a tree and having the blossoms rain down on me.

Shanghai has some seriously strange bumper stickers.  They at least keep my walks entertaining to say the least.

A dizzying view from the top floor of Cloud 9 shopping mall just down the street from Zhongshan Park.

Explosive dog?  I guess this is a bomb sniffing dog.  Pretty funny translation.

After class, we had a small lunch together, celebrating the news that I would soon be living very close to them.

Take a look at that date.  I somehow seriously doubt this store is 1254 years old, but if it is, it’s probably the oldest store in the known universe and Jesus probably bought tea from them – well, not really, but you know what I mean.

Phil has a heart shaped mole on his ear.  Can you see it?
