I’m not entirely sure what to make of this.  Does it rain from the ground up?  Is it art?

A Walk Through Shanghai: Xujiahui

My mother said to me that she wished she could see the things that I do in China, so I have decided to take five minutes clips of me walking through Shanghai so that she can experience my life here.  This is the first of many to come.

This looks like it came right out of a science fiction movie.

A pillow that not only removes the heat from your liver but also improves your sight!  Now, that is an AWESOME pillow.

An old picture, but I still think it is sorta cute.  They each represent one of the animals in the Chinese Zodiac.  Some are easier to figure out than others.

I should really probably go back to this place.  It’s the Shanghai Brand and Matchbox Label Museum.  We happened upon it walking around looking for food a long time ago, near our old apartment. I guess this would be the place to go if you fancied matchboxes.

Nothing says yum like spiced donkey meat.  What some?  I’ve never had any myself, but up north they had tons of restaurants that severed it.  No one I’ve known has eaten it, so I don’t have an idea what it tastes like.
