The Crying Chef: Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies

What! That’s not bad at all!! I was expecting crooked with burned bits and a CakeWreck icing job!

I will admit that it looks better in the video. What you can’t see is the clumps of cake that are mixed in with the icing. When Phil went to ice it, the top layer of cake stuck to the icing and got mixed in. He tried to cover it with more icing, but it only made it worse. Also, the cake split in half when he tried to transport it across town – the top half slid off. Phil said his entire family laughed at him as they ate it.

@ Marta – I personally did not eat it, but the word on the street is that it tasted fine. I didn’t eat any because it was a calorie offender.
