Alright, hopefully my big font caught your attention and you haven’t left my little blog quite yet.
If you are still here. Thanks. For those of you who left after the word stop, I have one word for you. Grr.
Now that you are here and settling in on the nice big blue couch I bought a couple of days ago, I have a question for you. A few questions actually. And if you could answer them for me, I would be very happy.
I always wonder who is coming to my blog and how they found it. I have trackers, but that only gives me an IP address(sometimes), a country, and some other random information that doesn’t really matter. What I want to know is who you really are, how you came across my blog, and what other information you want divulge to me and the rest of the blogging universe.
Drop the information in the comment box, please. I would appreciate it very much. It is nice to know who in the world actually reads the words I write.
Came across by looking up a friends blog whom also has blogger.

You wrote us before you came here. I tried commenting when you posted this originally, but you were blocked and comments don’t work through anonymouse.
My wife and I live in Qingdao. She teaches law. I teach English. We like China, mostly. I didn’t like Talk Talk China or the negativity sites like that perpetuate. That’s why it is refreshing to read stories like yours.
I rarely visit. Every few weeks or so.
Few people responded to my request to let me in on their identities. Like here. It’s discouraging, and I don’t think the readers realize how motivating the commenting process is. You don’t write for fame or fortune. But this process isn’t a private diary. You’re not seeking validation, but recognition keeps you going. Just like teaching, you don’t need to know the students get it right away – but you do need to know they’re paying attention.
Please delete this if it is a double post.

Hi Gabby Girl,
I found your blog through the China Blog List. I read your current posts and then started to bacttrack through your archives until I found your request for comments and info on your readers. I’ll e-mail you more details.

I’m an Australian who taught at Fu Yang Middle School in second half of 2003, and stayed on 5th floor in building where you and Phil were. It sounds like you are in the principal’s apartment. I remember those 90 or so steps up to the apartment at least twice a day! My other Aussie friends were at Yong Xin Middle School, and were in an apartment near Xinhua Bookstore where you catch the K514 bus to HZ. I’m enjoying your blog, as it brings back great memories. I’ve been back to Fu Yang at least once a year since. I have good friends on staff at FYXS.
