This was a freak accident. All week long they said that we would either get nothing or a dusting. They said that the only weather model indicating any accumulation was the Japanese weather model. So far away, but yet they nailed it!! :) I should know my departure date this weekend when I get my visa. Probably March 10th-ish. Give or take a few days. I'll let you know.
