I wouldn’t mind seeing it once or twice more before the winter is over – just as long as it doesn’t keep me from going any where.

There was snow in Linyi last week, but this week it is all gone and a spring-like 10C. We never have snow like in the blizzard panorama here, some years it snows and some years it doesn’t. What is your arrival date?

We very rarely get any snow at all. This was a freak accident. All week long they said that we would either get nothing or a dusting. They said that the only weather model indicating any accumulation was the Japanese weather model. So far away, but yet they nailed it!!

I should know my departure date this weekend when I get my visa. Probably March 10th-ish. Give or take a few days. I’ll let you know.

That is hilarious! How do you record this? My husband sleep walks and sleep talks all the time. He often claims to be “peeing” when I ask him what he is doing. Once I found him inside the shower just staring at the wall. He never actually pees, though, thank god. Anyway, I’d love to record it.

I originally bought a digital voice recorder that only started recording when it picked up sound, but it wasn’t sensitive enough and it didn’t react as quickly as it needed to to catch my ramblings. If I had spent more money, I may have been able to find one. Right now, though, I am using Phil’s iPhone. He downloaded a $3 app call Night Recorder or something like that and it work pretty well.

I sleep walk, too, and on at least one occasion, I found myself standing in the shower. When I woke up, I thought that I had been kidnapped because I was facing a glass wall and had not yet discovered where I was. Quite frightening, really.
